Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Vice President role located in New Delhi. The Vice President will oversee business operations, provide strategic leadership, and drive the alignment of organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence. Collaboration with stakeholders, decision-making, and fostering a culture of innovation will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget management and revenue growth strategies
• Proficiency in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and create innovative business strategies
• Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions
• 7+ years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry preferred
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field preferred
