Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Delhi , The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for multiple outlets, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality control. The role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, overseeing supply chain activities, and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills with atleast 12 years of experience & atleast 2 years as multiple store handling,
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in operational policies, inventory management, and supply chain activities
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Management is must
