Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Shahdol. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing branch operations, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, improving operational workflows, and driving customer satisfaction while achieving organizational goals. The role may also involve coordinating with different teams and stakeholders to ensure the attainment of key operational and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in process improvement, operational workflows, and compliance management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the financial services or related industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools for operations management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
