Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Jaipur. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing debt collections, ensuring timely cash collections, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve daily outreach to customers through various communication channels to facilitate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances. The Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the finance department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Finance principles and practices Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficiency in using collection software and MS Office High level of integrity and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a similar role in the financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
