Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in New Delhi. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts, maintaining records of financial transactions, and ensuring timely cash collections. Additional duties include communicating effectively with customers to resolve payment issues, addressing concerns professionally, and coordinating with internal finance teams to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Debt Collection and expertise in effective Cash Collection practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage interactions and resolve queries
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance-related processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in New Delhi
• Previous experience in a collections or customer service role is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications is advantageous
