Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in New Delhi. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for daily debt collection tasks, managing cash collections, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves communication with clients for payment follow-ups, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the finance team to strategize and implement effective collection procedures.

• Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
