Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management Analyst to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and driving continuous improvement in Vendor performance. This role will support strategic sourcing initiatives, contract management, risk mitigation, and vendor performance tracking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Onboarding & Qualification: Evaluate and onboard vendors in compliance with company policies, including conducting due diligence and risk assessments
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and coordinate corrective actions as needed
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure vendors adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, company standards, and sustainability or ESG goals
  • Procurement Support: Collaborate with the wider Procurement team on strategic procurement initiatives, RFPs/RFQs, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve vendor management processes, systems, and tools to enhance procurement efficiency and value delivery
  • Procurement metrics and dashboards Maintain Internal and external metric reporting got ensure the right behaviours are in place and can inform performance management accordingly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • An understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance metrics, desirable
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple vendor/stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS), is desirable or willing to learn

Technology Skill Requirements, Desirable

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
  • Previous experience with One Trust and Air Table

Soft Skill Requirements

  • Able to self manage time and priorities
  • Data driven, ability to work with data and analytics and derive patterns and forecasts
  • Demonstrated building relationships
  • Previous experience with One Trust and Air Table
