Vendor Management Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Onboarding & Qualification:

  Evaluate and onboard vendors in compliance with company policies, including conducting due diligence and risk assessments.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track and analyze supplier KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  Ensure vendors adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, company standards, and sustainability or ESG goals.

• Procurement Support:

  Collaborate with the wider Procurement team on strategic procurement initiatives, RFPs/RFQs, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously improve vendor management processes, systems, and tools to enhance procurement efficiency and value delivery.

• Procurement metrics and dashboards

  Maintain Internal and external metric reporting got ensure the right behaviours are in place and can inform performance management accordingly

Technology skill requirements, desirable

• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards

• Demonstrated building relationships
