About The Opportunity

A fast-moving staffing and workforce solutions team operating in the US IT contract and consulting sector. We place technology consultants across software development, infrastructure, cloud, and data roles—managing candidate pipelines, client relationships, and rapid bench placements from our remote delivery hub in India.

Role: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Remote - India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end bench-sales activity for US IT contracts: source, qualify, and submit bench candidates to US-based clients and partners with speed and accuracy.
  • Prospect and convert new vendor relationships and hiring managers through targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and by leveraging existing client contacts.
  • Manage candidate engagement—conduct screenings, validate skill sets, update availability, negotiate rates, and prepare polished submittals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain and grow an active bench pipeline using ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn/Salesforce/Workday), ensuring up-to-date profiles, notes, and follow-ups for rapid deployment.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding in collaboration with delivery and compliance teams to expedite start dates.
  • Track placement metrics and revenue opportunities—produce weekly reports on pipeline health, submittal ratios, conversion rates, and bench utilization.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2+ years of hands-on US IT bench sales or technical recruiting experience placing contractors (C2C/W2/1099) into US markets.
  • Proven track record in cold outreach, client acquisition, and closing bench placements against tight SLAs.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English with ability to handle US time-zone communication and negotiate rates confidently.

Preferred

  • Experience with compliance/onboarding processes for US-based contracts and vendor management workflows.
  • Prior exposure to technology verticals such as Java/.NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Engineering, DevOps, and modern web stacks.
