Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter located in Vijayawada. The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment for IT roles, from posting job listings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hires. This role involves technical recruiting, developing hiring strategies, and building strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.
