We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our IT Bench Sales Recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing consultants, developing vendor/client relationships, and learning the end-to-end recruitment process within the US IT staffing industry.Internship Role and Responsibilities:Assist in marketing bench consultants (OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, TN, USC, GC) to direct clients, prime vendors, and Tier-1 vendors.Support sourcing of new project requirements from job portals, vendor lists, and professional networking platforms.Help prepare and submit consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, and follow up on submission statuses.Learn to maintain consistent communication with consultants regarding job opportunities and interview progress.Participate in relationship-building activities with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.Support the identification and recruitment of potential IT consultants through social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of consultant submissions and placements.Skills Required:Basic knowledge or strong interest in US staffing processes, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and various visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, USC, TN, EAD).Familiarity with professional job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) and a willingness to learn Vendor Management Systems (VMS/MSP tools).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Eagerness to develop negotiation and sales skills in a recruitment environment.Self-motivated and proactive attitude toward learning and achieving team targets.Comfortable with technology, including willingness to learn CRM/ATS platforms.Availability to work in EST hours (7:30 pm - 4:30 am IST).Perks and Benefits:Stipend-based internship with performance-based incentives.Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.Career development and mentorship from experienced industry professionals.Collaborative and supportive working environment with access to industry-leading tools.
