Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter located in Vijayawada. The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, encompassing IT recruitment, technical recruiting, hiring, and overall recruiting strategies. The candidate will actively engage in sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled professionals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

Recently passedout MBA Graduates Required
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
Experience 0 to 3 years in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
Proficiency in Hiring
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in an onsite environment
Experience in working with start-ups and large enterprises is a plus
Only night shift from 6:30PM to 3:30 AM by Monday to Friday
