URGENT HIRING Recruitment / Sr. Consultant / Team Lead / Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Handling:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Allocate tasks based on individual strengths and workload.
Monitor team KPIs to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
Resolve conflicts and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

Client Handling:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
Gather client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.

Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in hiring.
