Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Understand and align recruitment strategy with client or business goals.
Drive hiring for mid to senior-level positions across various departments or verticals.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers, HRBPs, or external clients.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on hiring pipelines, challenges, and market trends.
Set realistic expectations and deliver consistently on agreed timelines.
Handle escalations or feedback professionally and proactively.

Team Management (if applicable):

Mentor and guide junior recruiters or sourcing specialists.
Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct training as needed.
Ensure the team meets SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics.

Process Excellence:

Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and local US employment laws.
Leverage ATS or CRM tools effectively to maintain data integrity and candidate experience.
Continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies.
