Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Understand and align recruitment strategy with client or business goals.
  • Drive hiring for mid to senior-level positions across various departments or verticals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers, HRBPs, or external clients.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on hiring pipelines, challenges, and market trends.
  • Set realistic expectations and deliver consistently on agreed timelines.
  • Handle escalations or feedback professionally and proactively.

Team Management (if applicable):

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or sourcing specialists.
  • Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct training as needed.
  • Ensure the team meets SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics.

Process Excellence:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and local US employment laws.
  • Leverage ATS or CRM tools effectively to maintain data integrity and candidate experience.
  • Continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies.
