Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

Sourcing & Networking:

Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs) to source candidates.
Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn networking.

Candidate Engagement:

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire).

Employer Branding:

Represent the organization at job fairs and industry events.
Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
Recommend process improvements and innovative sourcing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under tight deadlines.
