**Interested candidates, please share their resumes on varsha.sahu@provana.com ** Job Location: Noida Sector-2 Salary up to: 32K - 40K (in hand) + PF + 8K allowance (5K Travel Allowance + 3K Attendance Bonus) Mode: WFO Incentives + Meal+ OT 5 Days Working (with 2 rotational Week offs) Requirements: Graduates/undergraduates can apply. Minimum 6 months of experience for US 1st/3rd party / legal collections. Should be willing to work in the US Shifts Excellent verbal / written communication skills. You will be responsible for: Responsible for interacting with the customers of our clients over the phone, web, and voicemail. Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the customers. Updating the data and the information about the clients in the respective CRM systems.
