Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming education and enhancing learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the unique needs and challenges of educational institutions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure they fully utilize our products.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client interactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing product strategies that meet market demands and drive client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry to inform and enhance client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Qualifications:

• Preference for any of these bachelors/master's degrees: BCA/MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech, BBA/MBA, M.Sc.
• Knowledge of English, enabling effective communication with a wider and more diverse client base.
• Strong understanding of educational processes and challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable product recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
