This role is with our In House Contact Center for our E-channel business. The customer logs on to the website and raises a query for our products, we will have to call the customer on his contact and understand his query and accordingly sell the product
- Outbound calling and converting lead into sales. - Explaining the customers product features and benefits. - Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls. - Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, target. Requirements - Full Time Graduates and Post Graduates. - Should have Aadhar Card / Pan card / Education Documents - Should have appointment letter / relieving letter / Salary slips in case of work experience. - Fresher's with good communication can apply
