Job Title: Unit Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager - Fintech

Department: Sales & Business Development

Role: Individual Contributor


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets from NBFCs, fintech's, and digital lenders.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new institutional clients while expanding business from existing relationships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting, qualification, requirement mapping, product demonstration, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, data analytics, operations, risk, and legal) to design tailored solutions for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain CXO- and senior leadership-level relationships within client organizations to drive long-term engagement.
  • Track client performance, satisfaction, and usage metrics to ensure retention and renewals.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging fintech models, and regulatory developments to the leadership team.
  • Support product and strategy teams with feedback from the market to enhance offerings and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, fintech events, and client roundtables to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking.


KEY REQUIREMENTS


  • Postgraduate (MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred)
  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in Credit Bureau / Financial Information Services, Fintech / NBFC / Banking Technology, Data Analytics or SaaS for BFSI sector
  • Prior experience in handling enterprise/strategic accounts as an individual contributor role (without direct team management).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Deep understanding of the lending ecosystem — MSME, digital lending, co-lending, risk scoring, and regulatory frameworks.
