Key Responsibilities:

• Screen databases to identify relevant decision-makers such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using sources like company websites, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
• Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects, introduce company products/services, and schedule meetings for Sales Associates. Target is to fix 6–7 meetings daily by making 60–70 calls
• Meet monthly closure value targets. The role includes performance-based incentives aligned with quarterly closure achievements
• Proven experience in securing meetings through cold calling, especially with large corporates and SME/MSMEs
• Strong client handling capabilities with excellent verbal communication and telephonic probing skills
• Responsible for scheduling meetings with key stakeholders identified during prospecting
• Share daily call status reports with the team, including details of clients contacted and new companies added to the database. Provide daily calling sheets to Sales Associates in the prescribed format
• Activation of DRS/ERS product seals via the online portal
• Conduct post-sales feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Execute email blast campaigns
• Promote D&B webinars through targeted calling efforts

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting Business Development teams by scheduling meetings through direct engagement with C-level executives
• Minimum qualification – Graduate
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required
• Strong working knowledge of Excel with good data hygiene practices
• Willingness to work from the office five days a week, with flexibility to extend working hours during high-demand periods
• Strong client orientation, with the ability to understand, manage, and exceed client expectations consistently
