YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury and Cash Optimization team. Reporting to the Treasurer you will play a key role in managing Redwood’s global cash operations, treasury infrastructure, and banking relationships. This role will focus on daily cash positioning, payments, foreign exchange and intercompany settlements, while also contributing to broader treasury projects including cash forecasting, risk management, and acquisition integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and brings strong analytical and communication skills to cross-functional partnerships.

  • Monitor and analyze daily global cash positions to ensure liquidity needs are met and optimize short-term borrowing or investment decisions.
  • Execute and review electronic payments, wires, and intercompany settlements while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Maintain and manage global banking relationships, including account openings, changes, closures, and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of foreign exchange and risk management strategies to minimize currency and interest rate exposures.
  • Support cash forecasting processes, including preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reporting and variance analysis.
  • Prepare bank performance reviews and fee analyses; research and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Provide audit support for treasury activities and ensure adherence to operational controls.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Internal Audit teams on treasury-related transactions, reconciliations, and entity structures.
  • Support acquisition integration efforts, treasury workstation setup/maintenance, and other treasury-related projects.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in treasury processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and support Treasury policies, procedures, and controls
  • Design and implement dashboard-based analytics for periodic reporting

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant treasury, finance, or accounting experience (exposure to international operations preferred).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes, treasury operations, and cash management practices.
  • Familiarity with FX, risk management concepts, and High Radius treasury software (preferred).
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software. Google Suite experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time position on a hybrid basis. Expectation to work from our Hyderabad office 3-days per week.
