To enhance operational efficiency, spearhead strategic initiatives at LCCI, and develop a future-ready organization that effectively serves the business, the LCCI leadership team is seeking a Manager for the Strategy & Transformation organization. This role is pivotal in driving transformative programs and ensuring the organization is well-prepared to meet evolving business needs. Strategic Leadership Key responsibilities are as follows: Spearhead and lead development, communication and implementation of transformation programs to deliver on business goal and objectives. Build and own program metrics and accountability platform, evaluating progress regularly with leadership team to achieve their deliverable and win for the organization. Prepare and drive business reviews for reviewing key performance indicators of the program Program Management Oversee large cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring they support the company's long-term goals. Managing the meeting cadence for leadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, objectives and follow-up are achieved Ensure that all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Process Analysis And Design Analysing business processes / workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes. Develop and implement process improvement strategies and action plans. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary. Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure it is accessible to relevant stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement Build connections with leadership team and others across the organization to influence outcomes, enable team success and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organizational success. Meet with Executive Lead Team, Lead Team, Central teams to discuss program status, goals, and improvements. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement within the project management practice. Implement best practices and standards to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans to mitigate risks. Reporting And Documentation Complete and submit progress reports, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure it is accessible to relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement an internal communication plan to share project information with stakeholders timely. Minimum Qualification Requirements Post graduate degree (MBA/MSc/MPharm) or adequate professional experience to meet above deliverables 8+ years of experience in progressively increasing breadth and depth in delivery of engagements / projects. In-depth knowledge of any part of pharmaceutical value chain is a plus. Demonstrated experience across all phases and aspects of a comprehensive process redesign, such as data gathering, baselining, root cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, future state design, implementation and validation of results Proven experience influencing multiple stakeholders in a global complex organization and in times of change Advanced MS-Office skills, with some data management and visualization tools a plus (Power BI etc) Additional Skills/Preferences Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & resilient when faced with change & uncertainty Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement and an ability to influence at all levels.
