We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Transformation Automation Strategist to join our team in the hi-tech domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming existing workflows using Python and REST APIs, as well as implementing AI-based transformations. This role requires hands-on expertise in automation and beyond, coupled with strong thought leadership to drive innovation and excellence. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the technology sector, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience with transformation projects within the hi-tech domain. Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, Compute, cloud computing, AI, and analytics. Hands-on expertise in Python, REST APIs, and automation tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
