Responsibilities:
- Define, lead, and execute the transformation vision, ensuring alignment with the customer’s overall business objectives and strategy.
- Establish and oversee the transformation office to support project delivery, governance, and ongoing transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive level thought leadership and guidance on transformation methodologies, industry best practices, and technology adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the transformation team, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels of engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure transformation progress and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, functional leaders, and external partners.
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to executive teams and other relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing new capabilities, overcoming organizational challenges, and driving change.
- Champion change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Drive the development of training and development initiatives to build required capabilities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to the transformation program, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Set up robust governance structures to monitor progress and ensure accountability at all levels of the transformation process.
- Resolve roadblocks and manage conflicting priorities to ensure continuous progress.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, advising on their relevance and application to the customer’s transformation.
- Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for the transformation program
- Monitor and control transformation-related expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources and delivery within budget.
- Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback and performance monitoring to drive improvements and refinements in transformation initiatives.
- Implement post-transformation evaluations to assess the success of the transformation and identify areas for future focus.
Our Ideal Candidate
The person has 15+ years of experience in transformation management, business consulting, and technology strategy, with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales and specific expertise in driving Microsoft technology stack based transformations. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop and execute long-term transformation strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals
- Expertise in managing organizational change and driving cultural shifts necessary for transformation success
- Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/Generative AI, Cloud Computing, IoT, Automation) and their impact on business transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, DevOps, Power Platform and related technologies
- Deep experience in designing and architecting end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, with the ability to align technical designs with business strategies and customer needs
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
- Strong budgeting, resource management, and financial planning skills to ensure the transformation program’s financial health
