Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting sales onboarding training for new joiners.
• Deliver refresher training sessions to existing sales employees under guidance.
• Support in updating training materials, presentations, and sales scripts.
• Help in collecting feedback and training needs through surveys, discussions, and performance data.
• Monitor learner progress and provide basic feedback or escalate to a senior trainer where needed.
• Collaborate with business teams to align learning programs with organisational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in training, sales enablement, or HR internships (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
