Manage multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality

delivery.

Leverage LMS platforms and emerging technologies to optimize hybrid and virtual

learning experiences.

Prepare detailed reports on training metrics, ROI, and program impact for stakeholders
Requirements

Bachelordegree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

6 months -1 year of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles.

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.

Certifications in L&D, OKRs, or instructional design (preferred).
