Role Overview: A Tele caller specializing in immigration services is responsible for engaging with prospective clients via phone, educating them about immigration solutions, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for in-depth consultations. This position demands strong communication, empathy, and knowledge of immigration processes. Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Calling Handle incoming inquiries regarding immigration; follow up with warm or cold leads. Make targeted outbound calls to prospective applicants based on leads or databases. Client Engagement & Qualification Build rapport and conduct fact-finding to understand clients’ immigration goals and needs. Identify potential lead quality and determine the suitability for the firm's services. Product Knowledge & Education Present the firm's immigration services (e.g., student visas, work permits, PR, express entry). Explain basic eligibility criteria and process steps clearly and accurately. Appointment Scheduling Schedule callbacks or consultation appointments with immigration counselors or agents. Ensure reminders and confirmations are communicated effectively. Lead Management & Reporting Log call details, lead status, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems. Provide regular updates to management on call metrics, lead pipeline, and conversion rates. Follow-Up & Nurturing Conduct timely follow-up calls via calls, WhatsApp, or email. Keep clients informed of next steps and address any queries. Feedback & Continuous Improvement Collect insights and common objections from clients for marketing and process enhancement. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and outreach strategies. Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred (any field). Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, preferably in education, immigration, or overseas recruitment sectors. Skills: Excellent command of English (speaking & writing); proficiency in local languages (Punjabi/Hindi) is a plus. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of immigration processes (Student, Work, PR visas, IELTS, SOP). Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel). Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, courteous, patient, and resilient. Team player with coaching openness. Self-motivated with effective time and task management. KPIs & Targets Call Metrics: Minimum of X calls/day (usually 60–80). Conversion Targets: Qualified leads to appointments (e.g., 10–15 per week). Follow-Up Efficiency: Timely responses (within 24 hours). Data Accuracy: Precise CRM updates and reports. Working Conditions Schedule: Office-based or hybrid, 6 days/week Shifts: May include extended hours to align with international time zones.
