Key Responsibilities: 🎙️ Podcast Planning & Production Conceptualize and plan podcast themes, topics, and episode formats aligned with the brand and marketing goals. Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external guests for podcast interviews. Script episode outlines and prepare questions for guests. Handle recording sessions—either in-studio or remotely—and ensure quality content creation. 🎧 Editing & Publishing Work with audio editors (or edit directly if skilled) to ensure high-quality sound, clarity, and consistency. Add intros, outros, background music, and promotional callouts. Upload and schedule episodes across podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, etc.). 📢 Marketing & Promotion Develop and execute promotional strategies for each podcast episode via social media, email marketing, and the company website. Create engaging promotional content like audiograms, short clips, and quote graphics. Collaborate with the digital team to boost reach through paid promotions or influencer collaborations. 📈 Analytics & Reporting Track key performance metrics: downloads, listeners, engagement, retention, etc. Analyze podcast performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Maintain monthly reports on podcast ROI and listener trends. 🧩 Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with sales, design, and content teams to align podcast content with broader campaign goals. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all podcast episodes. 📅 Content Calendar ManagementMaintain a podcast release calendar. Ensure timely planning, production, and launch of each episode. Preferred Skills & Tools:Strong communication and storytelling skills. Experience with podcast tools like Audacity, Adobe Audition, Riverside.fm, or similar. Knowledge of podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor, Podbean, etc.). Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution strategies. Basic audio editing knowledge is a plus.
