Job Roles & Responsibilities: Calling Potential Customers: Make outbound calls to leads or existing customers. Follow up on inquiries or past communications. Lead Generation: Identify prospects through cold calling or follow-up. Collect and update customer databases. Product/Service Promotion: Explain the product or service offered by the company. Persuade customers to purchase or consider the service. Handling Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Provide information on products, services, or company policies. Maintaining Records: Update CRM or records with call details and follow-up actions. Keep track of daily calls, conversions, and targets. Achieving Targets: Work towards daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services. Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for field sales or counseling teams, if required. Follow-up Calls: Call back potential customers who showed initial interest. Remind existing customers about renewals, offers, or services. Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for better conversion.
