Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jalandhar. The primary responsibilities include interacting with potential clients via phone to provide information about the company’s services, addressing inquiries, maintaining client records, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also assist in building strong customer relationships, resolving concerns promptly, and achieving sales or client conversion targets.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer database management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role is advantageous
  • Fluent in Punjabi and English and additional languages, as required for the role
