Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver live and recorded technical training (workshops, webinars, bootcamps) that convert prospects and retain customers—align curriculum to product value and buyer personas.
- Run product demos and technical walkthroughs for prospective accounts; tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders to accelerate pipeline conversion.
- Create high-impact instructional materials: slide decks, lab exercises, video lessons, assessments, and quick-start guides optimized for LMS publishing.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop education-led campaigns, nurture sequences, and enablement content that drives lead generation and upsell motions.
- Track training engagement and impact using analytics (LMS + CRM) to measure influence on activation, churn, and revenue; iterate content based on data and learner feedback.
- Act as a product advocate: gather learner feedback, surface common objections, and partner with Product to improve demos, docs, and onboarding flows.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience delivering technical training or customer education in an EdTech or SaaS environment.
- Experience running live product demos and creating demo scripts tailored to buyer scenarios.
- Hands-on use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and publishing course content.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and using CRM data to measure training impact.
- Practical experience with webinar platforms and virtual instructor-led training tools.
- Strong instructional design or curriculum development skills for adult learners.
Preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) to integrate education into demand-gen flows.
- Basic video editing or content production skills (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere) for creating polished lesson content.
- Background in B2B sales enablement or customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, customer success).
