Technical Sales Trainer (EdTech)
About The Opportunity
We operate in the EdTech sector, building digital learning products and instructor-led programs for professional upskilling and enterprise training. Our focus spans technical courses, certification pathways, and instructor-driven learning experiences delivered to both individual learners and corporate clients. This is a fully remote role based in India.Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical training sessions, live workshops, and product-focused demos for learners and prospective customers across India.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create technical course content, demo scripts, case studies, and sales enablement collateral that convert leads.
- Drive sales through consultative outreach: run webinars, nurture trial users, qualify prospects, and support the commercial close and onboarding process.
- Manage and optimize learner and lead journeys across LMS and CRM—track engagement, monitor performance metrics, and iterate on training effectiveness.
- Run scalable live events (webinars, bootcamps) and record high-quality on-demand lessons; repurpose recordings into marketing assets and nurture campaigns.
- Provide feedback to product and curriculum teams from learner and customer interactions to improve features, pricing, and go-to-market messaging.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education Technology, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical training, product demos, or customer education within EdTech, SaaS, or training services.
- Track record of supporting sales motions—conducting demos, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales teams to close deals.
- Strong familiarity with LMS administration, content authoring best practices (SCORM/xAPI), and online assessment methodologies.
- Experience using CRM and marketing tools to manage funnels and measure campaign/training effectiveness.
- Ability to create engaging instructional content and convert technical subject matter into clear, outcome-driven learning modules.
Preferred
- Experience running large-scale webinars and virtual bootcamps that drive lead generation and revenue.
- Prior exposure to enterprise sales cycles and corporate L&D procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with video production or editing tools to produce on-demand course material.
