About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Technical Document Writer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with hands-on experience in creating clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation for a variety of products and services. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of technical content including public guides, API documentation, product manuals, user guides, and solution documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Markdown editors, ReadMe tools, or equivalent documentation platforms, and be comfortable creating workflow diagrams using tools such as Figjam or other similar software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create High-Quality Documentation: Develop, maintain, and improve comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, product guides, user manuals, installation guides, and FAQs. Ensure content is structured, user-friendly, and easily accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and customer support teams to understand product functionalities and gather the technical details necessary for documentation. Incorporate feedback from multiple teams to enhance clarity and usability.
• Create Visuals for Workflow and Diagrams: Leverage tools such as Figma (or other diagramming tools) to create workflow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and other visuals that complement your written content, making it easier to understand complex systems.
• Presales and Business Solution Documents: Assist in crafting functional solution documents, presales aolution documentation, and other materials that help articulate the value proposition of our products to potential clients. This includes preparing clear, concise documents that can be used by the sales team during client interactions.
• Ensure Quality and Consistency: Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation. Adhere to brand and style guidelines to ensure quality and professionalism in every document.
• Update and Maintain Documentation: Regularly review and update documentation to ensure it reflects the latest product developments, features, and changes. Help users by proactively identifying documentation gaps and improving the clarity of content.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on making the documentation as accessible and helpful as possible, understanding user needs and addressing common pain points. Provide context and examples that enhance the user experience.

Required Skills:

• 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write clear, concise, and engaging documentation for technical products.
• Hands-on experience with Markdown editors or ReadMe tools (or equivalent) for creating clean, easy-to-read documentation.
• Experience in creating API documentation and detailed product manuals.
• Solid understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including knowledge of payments, cards, lending software, and related technologies.
• Expertise in creating workflow diagrams, system flows, and technical illustrations using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, or other diagramming tools.
• Proven ability to finalize business solution documents and presales content that can be used to communicate product features and benefits to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills, with a focus on simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
