Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing and internal projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should excel at managing cross-functional teams, client communication, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations โ all while ensuring successful project outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client and internal stakeholder expectations. Develop and manage detailed project plans using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and alignment at every project phase. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Success. Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and regular status meetings with stakeholders. Identify project risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Ensure full project documentation, compliance, and smooth handover upon project completion. Deliver post-project evaluations and insights to drive continuous improvement . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience managing client-facing IT/software projects. Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments. Strong track record in stakeholder and client management. Certification in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Prince2 (preferred). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project). Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience delivering SaaS, API, or digital platform projects. Exposure to fintech or banking domains is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project planning.
