Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering fintech projects on time and within scope. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that each phase of the project lifecycle aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards. Your understanding of the fintech landscape and project delivery methodologies will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client and internal stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and alignment at every project phase.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Success.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure full project documentation, compliance (especially with RBI and fintech regulatory frameworks), and smooth handover upon project completion.
• Deliver post-project evaluations and insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Track and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing updates to leadership as required.
• Ensure alignment between technology teams and business requirements, especially for API integrations, digital payments, and financial data processing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing client-facing IT/software projects.
• Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments.
• Strong track record in stakeholder and client management.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering SaaS, API, or digital platform projects.
• Exposure to fintech or banking domains is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project planning.
• A collaborative mindset with a drive for excellence and innovation.
