As a Construction Project Manager, your role will involve various key tasks such as: - Preparing progress reports and detailed project budgets - Creating and monitoring construction schedules - Evaluating project progress and preparing detailed reports - Managing and mitigating risks effectively - Evaluating project performance and ensuring quality construction standards - Overseeing construction personnel and ensuring compliance with regulations - Solving any issues that may arise during the construction process - Allocating necessary resources and managing subcontractors - Handling construction bids and managing equipment and materials effectively - Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project The ideal candidate for this role should possess 15-20 years of experience in civil construction, particularly for large-scale buildings ranging from 3-4 lakh square feet. Additionally, you will be required to manage resources, mitigate risks, oversee project planning, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. You will also need to evaluate project performance, prepare progress reports, manage construction personnel, review compliance with regulations, and allocate resources efficiently.
