About The Role:

Technical Writer

Resource Center

collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to produce high-quality technical

content that helps users and developers understand our products and implement solutions

effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical content such as:

a. Resource Center articles

b. API documentation

c. Developer guides

d. Integration and feature documentation

e. Release notes and technical blog posts

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and

workflows.

• Translate complex technical information into simple, engaging, and accurate language.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with Genuin’s brand voice and style guidelines.
• Organize and structure the Resource Center for ease of navigation and searchability.
• Continuously update and improve documentation based on product updates, feedback,

and analytics.

• Research and benchmark industry trends to keep Genuin’s developer resources relevant and innovative.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, English, or

related field

• 5-7 years

  of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS, software, or
• tech-driven company.
• Strong understanding of

  software development concepts

  , APIs, and developer tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with documentation tools such as

  Markdown, Notion, Confluence, GitHub

Preferred Skills:
