About Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at GemsNY IT Solutions As a Sr Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of graphic designers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality graphic design assignments This is a senior-level position, requiring 6 years of experience in graphic design, Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and productivity Plan, prioritize, and assign design projects to team members, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions that align with brand guidelines Create and implement design strategies, ensuring consistency and excellence in all graphic design projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative ideas into design processes Review and provide constructive feedback on team members' designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, to support design requirements Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes and workflows Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree, Graphic design course is a must 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design Experience working with web and print design, including knowledge of responsive design principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality while meeting tight deadlines Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of jewelry or luxury industry is a plus
