Role - Technical Writer

Job requirements:

Product Documentation

* Create and maintain user-facing content including help guides, admin guides, how-to articles, FAQs, troubleshooting content, release notes, and feature documentation.

* Translate complex technical concepts into simple, readable, structured content.

* Review UI flows and product builds to ensure accuracy and alignment with documentation.

* Update and refine existing content based on product enhancements and customer feedback.

* Deliver documentation within timelines, often synchronised with product release cycles.

Collaboration & Content Development

* Work with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to gather information and clarify product behavior.

* Participate in feature discussions and contribute to documentation planning.

* Coordinate with support teams to identify documentation gaps and address recurring customer issues through improved content.

* Manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under tight schedules or time-bound releases.

Sales Enablement

* Create or support creation of sales-facing documents such as battle cards, competitive comparison sheets, feature one-pagers, and overview decks.

* Simplify and position technical information to help sales teams understand product differentiators.

* Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency with product capabilities.
