Role: Technical Writer Experience Level: 1 to 3 years Work Location: Madurai, India Job Description: The User Education team at Zoho plays a major role in improving the user experience and educating users about the product. As part of the team, you will work with developers and designers to create in-app content and help resources to help users understand the product. Roles & Responsibilities: Create help resources such as help documents, FAQs, and related documents. Provide in-app content for the product. Contribute to videos through video scripts and voice-overs. Engage with the customer community through product announcements and forum posts. Draft and publish blogs for new feature releases.
