Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Review and update existing documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistencyCreate user guides, training documents, release notes, and feature documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical informationResearch product functionality and present information clearly for end usersEnsure error-free, well-structured, and user-friendly documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) --this is preferred but any degree will workMinimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Writer and/or Content Writer  --this is preferred, even no experience will workProficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace - preferredExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong research and analytical abilitiesAbility to adapt writing style for different audiences and platformsGood time management, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
