Job Role: Technical Trainer Work Location: Chennai Experience : 2 - 4 Years Job Description: Training Delivery: Develop and conduct practical and customized training sessions on Zoho Books to diverse client groups (individuals, Chartered Accountants, other professionals, students and corporates), both virtually and in-person Cover all core modules of Zoho Books, including Chart of Accounts, Sales (Estimates, Invoices, Payments), Purchases (Bills, Expenses, Vendor Credits), Banking, Inventory Management, Projects, Time Tracking, Journals, and Reporting Tailor training content and delivery methods to suit various skill levels, from beginners to advanced users Conduct hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and Q&A sessions to ensure effective learning and application Assessment & Feedback: Assess trainee comprehension and gather feedback to improve training programs continuously Provide constructive feedback and follow-up support to ensure successful adoption Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and client feedback Prepare reports on training effectiveness and client satisfaction We're looking for someone with: Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge of all key modules and advanced features Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and bookkeeping practices Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage) Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to command an audience, manage discussions, and maintain engagement Experience with Zoho applications.
