Ensure the proposed system is both technically feasible andcommercially viable. Develop accurate costing and configuration documentation.Technical Presentation and DemonstrationsDeliver engaging and technically precise product demonstrations, presentations, and livetrials to clients (in person or remotely). Clearly communicate product capabilities, benefits,and value propositions aligned with the client’s needs.Proposal & Documentation SupportPrepare and deliver technical proposals, including solution descriptions, system drawings,cost estimations, and timelines. Ensure proposals are submitted within agreed timeframesand adhere to company quality standards.Technical Lead Support & ConversionProvide technical assistance to the sales team during the lead qualification process. Activelysupport the conversion of leads into orders by addressing all technical queries, objections,and concerns raised by clients.Site Visits & Pre-Sales EvaluationConduct on-site visits to assess client infrastructure, perform technical feasibility analysis,and gather data for designing tailored solutions. Ensure client expectations are capturedclearly to minimize revisions.Coordination with Engineering and ProductionServe as the liaison between sales, engineering, and production teams to align clientrequirements with technical execution. Support production in interpreting salesdocumentation and ensuring output matches expectations.Post-Sale Technical HandoverEnsure smooth handover of client requirements and solution specs to the project orinstallation team post-order. Provide technical support during the initial setup phase,helping resolve on-site or design-related issues.CRM and Documentation MaintenanceMaintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, technical specifications,proposal status, and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Ensure 100% compliance withdata logging and documentation protocols.Market Feedback & Product InsightsGather and relay customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry trends tointernal stakeholders. Provide actionable insights to improve product features, pricingstrategies, and service quality.Fundamental Parameters:• Experience: 3–5 years in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering inautomation, mechanical systems, or industrial solutions.• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related discipline.• Location: Pune, Maharashtra.• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.• Gender Preference: Open.• Age Range: 26 to 35 years.• Reporting Relationship: Reports to Manager – Sales and Marketing.• Preference: Prior experience in capital equipment, dispensing systems, or automationpreferred.Core Competencies / Special Skills Required: • Strong grasp of industrial automation and mechanical systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solution-oriented, customer-first approach • Proficiency in tools like SolidWorks/AutoCAD, MS Office, CRM software • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Self-driven with strong organizational abilityWillingness to travel for client engagement
