Technical Sales Engineer

• Technical Expertise & Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, explaining complex features in a clear and simple way.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer technical requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
• Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify potential customers, and build strong customer relationships.
• Technical Support & Problem Solving: Provide ongoing technical support and guidance during the sales process and after sales to ensure product satisfaction.
• Product Improvement: Liaise with product development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on customer needs and market trends.
