Job description We are having openings for Mumbai, Vapi, Ahmedabad,Surat and Delhi location. we are hiring candidates who are having experience in selling to Chemical, Paper and Textile Industry The role is responsible for determining the demand of products from clients, identify potential customers, driving customer interactions and satisfaction with existing customers and ensuring all payments are well within the credit limit and completed in the set credit period Key Result Areas (KRAs) Market Analysis, Sales and Forecasting Customer Relationship Management Bill Processing and Payments Product Packaging Team Planning and Management Roles and Responsibilities Please elaborate on the Key Result Areas (from the previous section), to describe the job responsibilities for the role Market Analysis, Sales Planning and Forecasting Study the customers potential by analysis the market and plan for relevant sales connects. Performs regular study on competitor activity Suggests the goods to be made based on the study Accordingly conduct an internal planning for production and delivery of all client requirements Arrive at location wise clients to achieve targets and growth Reviews the monthly sales targets and plans to achieve the same Customer Relationship Management Create and grade Clients in the financial range of A+, A1, B and C and ensure there is a planned and schedule customer connect proactively by providing the roll status Focus on high potential clients in the location and engage with the client continuously till the finalization of their need and delivery to ensure they are not lost to competition Ensures regular connect with the customer looking at their key buying influence (KBI) and also gets insight into what is happening in the industry Reduce turn over time of rolls by focusing on high value rolls Bill Processing, Payments and Reporting Ensure that all customer invoices are processed, planned in a timely manner.
