Your main tasks will include: Sales Assistance: Help the sales team with lead generation, sales presentations, and maintaining reports. Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, resolving their inquiries and delivering excellent service to foster strong relationships. Order Processing: Handle order entries, track deliveries, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. Data Management: Update and manage customer records, sales data, and inventory in our CRM system. Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with logistics and finance teams to ensure efficient sales operations. Reporting: Create and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements. Important Note: This role does not involve daily sales targets. Must have excellent communication in English.
