Job Description

As a Sales Executive for the electronics sector in Chandigarh, Punjab, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in industries such as automation, electronics manufacturing, OEMs, etc. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored technical solutions will be key aspects of your job. You will also be required to present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, both online and in person. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in industries such as automation, electronics manufacturing, OEMs, etc. - Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs. - Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, both online and in person. - Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely delivery. - Prepare detailed proposals, technical documentation, and presentations. - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and dealers. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic input. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. - 2+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in electronics or automation. - Strong technical knowledge of electronic products, circuits, or embedded systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. - Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings and product presentations. Preferred Qualities: - Experience in solution-based selling to OEMs or industrial clients. - Knowledge of Terminal, Factory & Process Automation Products. - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and client satisfaction. In addition, the job type for this position is full-time and permanent. The benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
