Assistant General Manager

An Assistant General Manager (AGM) typically supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth business functions. AGMs often handle tasks like scheduling, staff supervision, implementing policies, and resolving issues, and may also be involved in hiring, training, and evaluating employees. They need strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Operational Oversight: Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing schedules, ensuring smooth workflows, and implementing company policies.
• Staff Management: Supervising, mentoring, and potentially evaluating employees, as well as assisting with hiring and training new staff.
• Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Inventory and Budget Management: Monitoring inventory levels, managing supplies, and potentially assisting with budget management and financial reporting.
• Policy Implementation: Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise in daily operations, often in collaboration with the General Manager.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹96,288.06 per month
