Role Description

The Assistant General Manager at Laburnum Developers will oversee operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the company's high standards of quality and excellence. The role involves managing resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include evaluating staff performance, identifying process improvements, and fostering client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
