Assistant General Manager – Operations | ELIVAAS We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (Operations) to lead day-to-day villa operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive financial performance across our luxury villa portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain brand standards. Analyse financials, drive revenue, and support annual budgets and business plans. Lead and develop teams through coaching, staffing, and performance management. Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service, maintenance, and prompt issue resolution. Manage compliance, safety, asset upkeep, and community relations. Support talent development, succession planning, and positive work culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Business Administration or equivalent. 10–12 years of experience in hotel/villa operations (Housekeeping Operations background preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
